Make Up routine- for Work

Hello peeps...

So today I thought of sharing my daily-to-work make up routine..since I only wear make up when I'm out with my hubby/family/any special occasion & to work..I dont really pile up a lot of stuff on my face..basically weekend will be a no make up day..thou I will look wash out on it..i dont really care.i prefer it that way..

Anyhoo..my face basically an oily face..apart from my normal face routine consisting of washing-toner-serum/moisturizer and spf..I'll put on some make up to work..so below are my daily item used:

For Face: After the whole face routine of the above..=p..i will conceal my under eyes..thou not so much eyebag & discoloration and stuff..but once applied..it will brighten your eye area..I just use my ring finger to dab gently the product under my eyes..no tools required..

I rarely use fluid/creme foundation since the whether here is always hot..and i dont wanna clog my pores so much..so I opt for powder instead..As you know...Mac studio fix is perfect for those who have oily skin..plus the coverage is excellent..been using this for about 3 years now..previously was using Clinique Derma White powder & mostly Clinique make up powder..and I tought..y not we try another product that wont make my skin break out..So far it doesnt...

So..I apply my powder using this Ecotools brush..the brush was initially for blush..but what the heck..I used it for powder since it's quite big & fluffy and soft ..plus it's cheap..dirt cheap I must say..heheh

Tools: Ecotools (used as powder brush) & Mac 109 for blusher.
Products: Powder foundation (Mac Studio Fix NC40), Mac Mineralize Concealer NW25 & Benefit Coralista-blusher

For Eyes: Done with the face..moving on with the eyes..curls my lashes with my Manicare curler..i had this curler for 7-8 years i think..hahhaha..surprisingly it does function well and I only change the rubber in between the curler..so far work well for me..plus it's not that expensive..cheapo je..bought at guardian when I was still studying..then again if it aint broke..y fix it ey..hahah...then..line my lashes with the liner and lastly mascara...

Lastly..For the Lips Never ever forget the lips..dab on some lip balm..then my Clinique chubby stick..and if i wanted shiner & plumper lips..top of with my lip gloss..

And now u're ready to go....all and all..it only take less than 10 minutes to get ready..so why not rite?put on some color to your face..oh yes...btw..I also have no problem going out without make up..hahahahha..hope you dont mind tooo...why be shy right?

I've been married now for about 3 month..and just to share a bit of my wedding stuff..a bit of this...and a bit of that..mane lah tau in case it can help others who are getting married..or planning to get married soon..or later..anyhow here the details:



Solemnization
Back in my hometown in Bukit Mertajam, Penang

Theme : No such theme..eventually I wanted white mini dais & background with red very much   RED..anyhow..at first it didnt came out as what I expected..in terms of the flower of course..they mix it with white which is horrendous..so what I did was..well my soon to be hubby( at that time ) & I decided to redo the flower deco ourselves and turn it into all red flowers..still not so great but it's better than earlier..

Also in Penang, Penang Golf Resort (fyi...we did it in an open area so we dont have to pay the rental but we do have to take the food provided by the terrace..its about +- RM30/pax..) Guest invited only around 500-600..close family & friends..

All in all, I opt for a simple ceremony..nothing fancy and hoping that those came to my wedding enjoyed it..here's a snip of above details in picture..

This & that..

It has been a while since I updated my blog..sian u..i've missed u...anyhow..i'm moving on with my life now..a lot of things had happened for the last months or so...

On my list:
1. Finally being married to the love of my life...1st March 2013

2. Resigning my current job..which is suck!!!..i guess that I'm not that kindda person who can just sit in the office 8h/day in front of the laptop..that just suck..fyi..i hated every second of my working day there..and every single day I wish that I was out from that place..and now alhamdulillah..I'm out...hoping for the next to be more better..

3. Husband car/our car was stolen last week..its like a never ending miserabe life of mine..it was our first car that we cherish and love together..I still remember the hardwork of searching n modifiying that car..and now it's gone...forever...with my smart tag n touch n go card which my dad gave me when I first got my car...it was really sad...but I believe Allah has better things for us that He gave us such dugaan as that...

As of now...that was what happening in my life right now...I always pray that He gave us such strength to live each and everyday of ourlife..I know it's hard work and we have to work hard for it..but at the end of the day...I always believe that everything happen for a reason..in His will..

So be strong..be brave n keep on praying n hoping for the best to come..also since Ramadhan is coming soon..keep in mind to always seek His forgiveness and always pray for better life..

Our Engagement

Alhamdulillah, finally I'm engage to him..it was a relief when the event went smoothly despite our last minute preparation and all...but it all goes to my mom...without her I dont think we can make it..

Orait..so hey..i just came back from Ipoh, my engagement baju is done..so does my baju raya...and guess what...it's the same color as my other half baju melayu...yay...

all prep are  done...invitation card will be distributed by dearest mommy..doorgifts are done..so now..im just waiting for the time to come..

another 2 more week y'all...crash diet otw then..

owh..gotta find sampin for my soon-to-be-fiance..yeah..shooping time again..

Okies..again I tak sambung buat keje instead of updating my blog..

here's a sample of make up done on me by the person who going to do me later on my engagement..why I choose her..she's avail and I just love what she's been doing to others. Initially I wanted to get MUA in penang...was eyeing on Miss Jumie..( yeah she's famous and love her make up work..but when i saw her schedule in her blog..she's already full)..damn i missed it..then mom suggested to get somebody nearby our house( from a wedding boutique of course..but am not familiar with them plus there's no portfolio for me to google and search..)..so yes as below:

opt for a smokey eyes and gatal nak membesarkan mata yg sudah besar..and I like it..but for my engagement...wanted to be more sultry/romantic look..hahaha..I saw neelofa picture in Wanita/Jelita magazine..she's gorgeous...and i wanted that kind of make up..

so yes..thats' about it..

Update -Prep for Engagement

ok so yes i'll be getting engage.yet to get hitch..so and yes prep has been made but still a lot to be done..and trust me sometime i feel like i don't want to go through with it..but maybe itu dugaan saye..so just bear with it..and I just went along.

and yesterday I went to KLCC to buy chocolates for the hantaran..went to Patchi instead of Godiva..was about to take Godiva but feared it may contain alcohol/liquor in it..so bought Patchi instead..price wise pun ok and it come with the box/container..so tak  payah susah2 nak decorate..just dump it in the dulang then put some fresh flower..voila..easy peasy..

then..I still have to buy some candy for the candy buffet..need to buy some lolllipos for the kids...Daim a bit..then tgk2 lah any candy yg cantik..oh n btw..i do buy some coconut candy....just to satisfy my craving..damn like preggers..

next week will be going to Ipoh for fitting..shit i'm gettng fatter everyday..mom will kill me if the baju doesnt fit..i need to kurus..but all the things I did doesn't seems to work..any tips?..

apart from that, am currently waiting for my invitation card and sticker to be printed out..if i were to make a checklist( i did actually)..but i rather put it into sentences so that I don't feel like there's a lot to do..( cheater....yeah..)..


oh and next week also need to finalize my deco for hantaran..


am not sure whether all the above simplified as simple ceremony..but i guess not anymore..

ok then..back to work..will update with pictures once ready..
